In developed countries, assuring information literacy of employees

is becoming more and more important for companies - enough so to spawn

This is something people in developing countries need to take into

account - but the beauty of doing it in a developing country is that it

can be done at the ground level, as people begin using computers. Well, at least one can hope.

This could be a leg up for the developing countries, and a move toward

getting them to 'developed country' status in the context of

information technology.
