Tropical Storm Emily Update; Hurricane Tracking Tools

I've held back on talking about Tropical Storm Emily in the hope that she might do something noteworthy, other than be unpredictable.

At this time, Caribbean Free Radio has some good links and updates happening, and I have found an additional resource through this BBSnews article.

BBSNews has all the hurricane resources you need conveniently put on one page here. Very well done, and there's little I can add at this point. As news comes in about damaged areas, or calls for assistance, I'll post things - but I'm trying to stay away from posting things that aren't concrete. It's hopeful that CARICOM member states are ready emergency assistance.
