Help Me Blog For a Year

I caught something about getting paid to blog, and I figured that I've been doing this for about 8 years and have built a pretty steady reputation. What's the harm in allowing myself to get paid to do it? So here's my profile where you can vote for me to get paid.
Paid? What would I do with that money? Well, for one I would probably buy more books which would allow me to read more on issues... and timely books are hard to come by in Trinidad and Tobago. I end up ordering most books online and trekking to the post office to get them. What else would I do? I would definitely be able to get to a few conferences and dedicate myself a little bit more to writing - which is really how I would like to spend my time.
What else? I'm not sure. That is a lot right there; conferences and books are really the highest priced things for me when it comes to blogging. Given a dedicated year to KnowProSE.com, I could really take this site to the next level - and that is something I would like to do. Well, that just sucks
now I have to wait for my insomnia to kick in tomorrow night before I can vote again. I was hoping to just vote twice today in case I actually slept. oh well, I guess fair is fair.

Not so. It just happens to be an interesting thing to write about rather than the hum drum soap operas. :-)
Blogcamp Pune

There is going to be a Blogcamp in India on 16th of June. Around 250 bloggers will be taking part in the event.
This is what they say on their blog: "The way unconferences work is that, you don't have an agenda, rather we will put up a white board, where participants will themselves add the topics they are interested to speak upon. Depending upon the number of speakers we will go for multiple threads. There will be some intense discussions, we will have a lot of fun and yes there will be blogging, video blogging, photo blogging, podcasting ... everything under the blogger sun."
The registrations have started. We are planning to have 250 participants from all over the country. There are some people taking part virtually, using youtube, slideshare, skype etc. if you are interested please add your name to the wiki.

I took a look through the webpages regarding rules, etc.. but was unable to answer my own question, I am hoping you might know. Do the contest moderators have listed anywhere how much has been donated already?
