Morning Coffee In SL.

One of the fun things in SecondLife is having coffee with people around the world.

Here I am at the Blarney Stone Irish Bar (Dublin 89,96,26), drinking coffee and listening to the regulars greet each other and have fun. This appears to be a regular event, and takes place between 8 a.m. and 10 a.m. SLT (SecondLife Time).

A universe within a universe. I miss good coffee shops. Of course, not everyone is drinking coffee.

There's something to be said for people connecting in this way - the coffee shop is one of the original real life 'social entrepeneur' ideas. The beauty of coffee shops is the fact that people of different types gather around the common thing. Coffee. Right now a new person is getting advice at the coffee shop, someone else is dancing, and everyone is having fun.
