Tapping FOSS for NGOs and Nonprofits...

I'll be tracking FOSS usage within the Latin American and Caribbean region a bit more nowadays, since a lot of what I do is related to this. What's interesting is that there are already success stories with Linux, and that there will be more.

This fits into a lot of what I'm doing with the Digital Divide, with , and with a lot of other things.
