Further, the WorldBank site doesn't lend itself to easy retrieval of anything related. And even Google is stumped by the phrase, 'The digital divide is rapidly closing'.

Trust the BBC to get it right and be bigger than sensationalism.

Interestingly, Scott Mills uses the same phrase. As the CEO of BET.com. No, I don't think I'm directly related to Arnold Rampersad.

Misquotes are deadly. But more deadly are quotes taken properly... which of the two exists in this is yet to be determined.

But here's a challenge to the WorldBank - let's see the report.
