Bill Maher, Lesley Stahl

Just listening to some HBO in the room as I work on a few different things, and Bill Maher is on talking about '60 Minutes', and has Lesley Stahl in an interview.
He just said that '60 Minutes' does something the rest of the media doesn't do as well. He says '60 minutes' makes what is important interesting. That is so true.
Perhaps that's what blogging really is. And Maher and Stahl are talking about the media going to jail here in the 'Land of the Free' for not revealing their sources. Lesley Stahl says she despairs not just for herself - but the system.

I hate TV, but if people made as much sense on the idiot box then I might actually consider watching television.
