Hammering away at eAsylum.net - Should I bother?

I've been considering just backing up the database at eAsylum.net and importing the stuff here. I have not been having fun in what should have been a very clean install.

Somehow, I think this whole '1and1.com' business has something to do with it. Rather upsetting.
