I work internationally a lot, you know since officially the digital divide does not exist in this country (United States), and while we sit on our technology assets other countries are leapfrogging to make a difference and how.

Several years ago we used to go and share the possibilities. Now we may possibly be lagging so far behind that we cannot catch up.
