Things I Read

Personal Sites

Digiteyesed.com: Eyecandy, the work of Sean McCormick. As good a friend as a photographer.

Dryerlint.org: Robert's just cool to read. Good ideas.

Freedom To Tinker: Your freedom to understand, discuss, repair, and modify the technological devices you own.

JD's New Media Musings: JD stays on top of the media so much, I think he inadvertently censors the media fluff from me most of the time. Which is a good thing, and something I owe him a cup of coffee for sometime.

Lessig.org: Home of Lawrence Lessig. Very sane person. If you haven't heard of him, you must be living under a rock. Even Wonko The Sane knows him.

Raving Lunacy: the Head Lemur belongs on everyone's reading list. His rants are delicious to those with their sentience unlocked.

Riri's Brain Dump: Riri is sane in a very odd sense of the word, which means she's very interesting. Always an interesting perspective there, at least for me. And if you're really nice, she might send you links to pictures.

Yan's Glutter: A site where I get a perspective from a free thinker in Hong Kong.

Cool Sites

HowStuffWorks.com: Ever wonder how something works? This is the site for you. Enrich your inner inquisitive child!

I Support

Anti-TCPA: 'Trusted Computing Platform Alliance' is what they say. I don't buy it. But I might have to.

Free Software Consortium: Free Software. 'Nuff said.

Free Software Foundation: Free Software. 'Nuff said.

Gutenberg.org: Home of Project Gutenberg. Good books for download - the classics, and more.
